Tulsi (Ocimum tenuiflorum) is Ayurveda's primary adaptogen—calming and clarifying at once, nourishing the nervous system without dulling the mind.
Fresh Milky Oat Tops (Avena sativa) are tinctured at the singular moment of harvest when they release a milky latex—the only window when the plant's nervine constituents are present at therapeutic levels. They rebuild the myelin sheath and restore the nervous system's capacity to regulate itself after prolonged stress.
Reishi Mushroom (Ganoderma lucidum) works at the level of the adrenals and immune system, supporting the body's capacity to move out of chronic stress patterning and return to a state of functional ease.
