Processing Time
We aim to prepare and ship all orders within 1–2 business days. Because each product is made and packaged by hand in small batches, processing times may occasionally extend to 3–5 business days during periods of high demand. We appreciate your patience and support of slow, intentional herbal craftsmanship.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. We currently ship within the United States via USPS and UPS. International shipping carriers vary depending on the country of destination. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.
Delivery Times
Most orders arrive within 4–7 business days after shipment, though delivery times may vary depending on postal service conditions and your location.
No Returns or Refunds
Due to the nature of our herbal products and for safety and quality reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds once an order has been placed. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package leaves our facility, it is in the hands of the carrier. We are not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages. If your package is lost or delayed, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number. We are happy to provide any information needed to assist with a claim.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at orders@solasbotanica.com. Include your order number and a detailed photo of the issue. We’ll gladly do our best to assist you with a resolution in those rare cases.
