RETURN POLICY

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds once an order has been placed. Because our herbal tinctures, teas, and wellness products are crafted in small batches and intended for personal use, we are unable to restock or resell returned items.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at orders@solasbotanica.com with your order number and a detailed photo of the issue. We’ll be happy to assist you with a resolution in those rare cases.
