Each herb was sourced with care, many from their di dao—their place of authentic geographic origin, where growing conditions produce the highest-quality medicine:
Red Reishi (Ganoderma lucidum) is a Shen tonic with millennia of use for the heart and spirit—calming the nervous system, reducing cardiovascular stress, and supporting the body's long-term resilience.
Hawthorn Berry (Crataegus spp.) is among the most clinically researched heart herbs in Western botanic medicine. It strengthens the myocardium, supports circulation, and has a long folk history of use for grief and heartache.
Dan Shen Root (Salvia miltiorrhiza) is a foundational cardiovascular herb in TCM—moving blood, supporting circulation, and calming the nervous system.
Rose Flower (Rosa spp.) cools, opens, and lifts—addressing the emotional dimension of heart strain with the same seriousness as the physical.
